  Pros: -The deals are good, for instance tonight, I got buy one get one free pajamas for Christmas. :) -They seem to always have what I'm looking for in stock. -The store is usually quite well organized and tidy. Cons: -Employees seem as to adjust pricing as they choose without checking, causing price inaccuracies. If tonight was the first time I had encountered this issue here I probably wouldn't have accepted Google's suggestion to review this store. Tonight there was sale posted for buy one get one half off men's underwear and socks. When I got to the register the underwear rang up for $15.99 instead $12.99, what the marked shelving listed it for (not on sale). When I brought it to the attention of the cashier, she called the supervisor over. The supervisor adjusted the price to $12.99 without having anyone check the shelf pricing, based on my word. She told me that I couldn't get the buy one get one half off if I wanted the $12.99 price because they can't do buy one get one half off on something that's on sale. When I told her that they weren't on sale she shrugged, said okay and went back to the service desk, where her and another employee were complaining audibly about their emplyment situation. (*Sidenote- I totally get having issues with staffing and other employees but, it shouldn't be discussed within earshot of customers, no matter how close to the end of the night it is.) I questioned it when cashier gave me the final total and after looking at the screen it seemed that it did update to reflect the half off discount. I didn't realize until I got home and dug my receipt out of the bag that I had, in fact, been charged $12.99 each for the socks and underwear. I will definitely be returning to ask for my $6.50 back.

  I am down at West Yarmouth, MA at my moms house. I am a frequent customer of this store and have all very satisfactory experiences. Only one time with a customer service situation. Actually the problem was the store mgr who wasn't schooled in customer service. I don't know what happened but 2 mos later he was gone.
